Reagents components
The kit consists of a test card, a pipette tip, and instructions. among them:
The test card is composed of a reagent strip and a plastic box. The main components on the reagent strip are: nitrocellulose membrane, absorbent paper, and PVC board; the reagent strip is coated with mouse anti-human cTnI monoclonal antibody (0.11μg～1.12μg on each reagent strip) and goat anti-rabbit IgG (0.20μg～1.50μg on the reagent strip per person); the plastic box contains Tris buffer (Tris) (50mmol/L, 150μL～300μL), fluorescently labeled mouse anti-human cTnI monoclonal antibody (The reagent strip contains 0.04μg～0.24μg per person), fluorescently labeled rabbit IgG (the reagent strip contains 0.20μg～1.50μg per person).
